Colab Sports LLC ("Colab Sports", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our websites, applications, and services, including our performance lab app, team community features, commerce experiences, and AI/voice tools (collectively, the "Services").
Information you provide
- Account details: name, email, and profile type (athlete, coach, supporter).
- Profile data you choose to add: bio, interests, sports categories, goals, equipment, measurements, sizing photos, and preferences.
- Team and community inputs: team memberships, roles, posts or messages you submit in team contexts.
- Commerce details via our provider Swell: items in cart, orders, subscriptions, and basic customer info. Sensitive payment details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Content you upload: training videos for analysis, images, documents, and any annotations.
- Voice and chat interactions: when you use voice features or coaching agents, your audio and text content is sent to our AI service provider to transcribe and generate responses.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: app interactions, pages viewed, and feature engagement.
- Device and log information: browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies for session continuity and analytics.
Information from integrations you connect
- Wearables and health data (e.g., Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Apple Health) if you choose to connect. We store connection status, sync metadata, and the specific data types you authorize (e.g., heart rate, sleep, activity). You can disconnect at any time.
- Team memberships and coach relationships within your organizations.
- Provide and improve training, analytics, and community features.
- Personalize recommendations, insights, and coaching content.
- Operate our commerce experience (products, memberships, orders).
- Process voice/chat interactions and generate AI responses.
- Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services. These include: Amazon Web Services (Amplify, S3) for hosting and data storage; Swell for commerce; Google Analytics for usage analytics; and OpenAI for AI/voice processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
Teams, coaches, and community
In team contexts, coaches and authorized staff may see your shared profile data and team-relevant analytics you choose to share. You control what you add to your profile and can leave teams at any time.
Legal, safety, and business transfers
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate usage and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect core functionality.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including using reputable cloud infrastructure and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your account credentials safe.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, subject to certain exemptions.

- Disconnect integrations and manage data types shared from wearables.

- California and EU/UK residents may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection, restriction, deletion). We will honor applicable legal requests.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
