By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization and that it accepts these Terms.
Note: The Terms include provisions for dispute resolution, including an arbitration agreement and class action waiver.
2. Services
Colab Sports provides a performance platform for athletes, coaches, and teams, including conversational tools, performance analytics, training workflows, community features, and commerce experiences. The Service may include integrations and data connections to third-party providers to enable insights, purchases, and team collaboration.

3. Eligibility; Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security incident.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

We do not control third-party shipping timelines, inventory, warranties, or returns.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as wearable devices and content platforms (e.g., Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, ExerciseDB, WordPress), commerce and payments providers (e.g., Swell), and other technology partners. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those services.
By connecting an integration, you authorize us to receive data from that service and use it to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect integrations at any time, which may limit related features.
7. Data, Privacy, and Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include account information, activity within the Service, training and wearable data you choose to connect, orders you place, and communications you send to us. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.

Coaching, training, wellness, and performance information provided via the Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your training, nutrition, or health routines. Use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability; Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Colab Sports nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding, except where prohibited by law. You and Colab Sports waive any right to a jury trial. Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration or certain waivers; in such cases, these provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted and otherwise do not deprive you of mandatory rights.
11. Termination; Changes to Service and Terms
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify or discontinue features, in whole or in part, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
