This feature makes our ruck plates superior for progressive training compared to traditional rigid ruck plates. For more information on progressive strength training, check out this guide. Our flexible ruck plates offer a significant advantage over traditional rigid ruck plates and sand ruck plates. The flexibility ensures a comfortable fit that moves with your body, reducing the risk of injury and discomfort during prolonged use. Additionally, the adjustable weight feature allows for gradual progression, making them suitable for all fitness levels.
